**Job Overview**
As a Bell Person, you'll be one of the first team members guests encounter at our hotel. You'll provide luggage assistance, offer local recommendations, and contribute to hotel security and guest satisfaction. Your role is key to creating a seamless and welcoming guest experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Promptly and safely transport luggage to and from guest rooms.
- Secure, tag, and store luggage upon request.
- Explain and promote hotel services, dining, amenities, and local attractions.
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism; escalate major issues to supervisors.
- Assist with loss prevention duties by conducting property walkabouts and reporting safety concerns.
- Administer and report on first aid incidents as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness around the hotel entrance and public areas.
- Assist with valet services, mail/messages, and guest deliveries when required.
- Uphold all company and brand standards in every task.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Guest service experience preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
- Language: Must be fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
- License: Valid driver’s license required.
- Physical: Must be able to lift/push/carry up to 100 pounds and move around public areas.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
