Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a **Maintenance Technician **for one of our clients located in **Granby & Sherbrooke, QC**. They are in the business of Garbage Collection.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work on tipping trucks (Roll Off), front loading trucks, and rear, as well as on tractors and trailers of brands such as Peterbilt, Kenworth, Mack, and Freightliner.
- Ensure the proper functioning of security components, such as cameras and alarms.
- Diagnose and resolve problems with various vehicle systems.
- Interpret and understand plans and diagrams.
- Ensure equipment compliance (PEP).

**Requirements**:

- Possess a DEP in heavy vehicle mechanics or construction machinery, or have a
- Possession of a PEP card is an asset.
- Long working hours.
- Punctual.

**Location**: Granby & Sherbrooke

**Shift time**: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Mon - Fri)

Noon to 8:30 p.m. (Mon - Fri)

**Pay Rate**: $24 to $26 (depending upon experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Granby, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:
