- Charter destinations all over Canada and Eastern North America
- Fleet of Dash 8-100, Dash 8-300, Dash 8-Q400
- Three (3) crew base locations: St. John's, Halifax, and Montreal

**Our pilots also receive**:

- Per diems for your days worked
- 12 guaranteed days off a month
- 78 credit minimum monthly guarantee with overtime over 90 credits
- 2-5 weeks of vacation annually based on seniority
- An additional 11 Holiday Block vacation days per year
- Annual shoe allowance
- Headset allowance
- Jump seat agreements

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Transport Canada Commercial Pilots License
- Valid Transport Canada Group 1 Instrument Rating
- Valid Transport Canada Multi Engine rating
- Valid Transport Canada Class 1 Medical
- Must have one of the following: valid ATPL; SAMRA & SARON; or IATRA written and passed in the past two years
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
- Must hold a current passport at time of hire
- Must be able to travel without restrictions to the United States
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must have completed a high school diploma
- Must meet Transport Canada English proficiency standard
- Hiring minimums for Direct Entry Captain is an ATPL
- Applicants who possess a Canadian ATPL
- Applicants with two crew multi-engine turbine experience
