**Required immediately, our Vancouver branch is seeking a** **Vice President Stone Production Canada**

**Position Summary**:
As part of the Senior Management Team, is accountable for profitability of the Stone manufacturing Plants within Canada. Provides oversight and leadership to all regional production operations. Holds Plant Managers accountable for accomplishing agreed upon objectives, delivering on topline and bottom-line results and for achieving, and reporting on established sales and costs metrics while living the core values of the organization. As someone who knows our business well, is able to recognize and share best practice within the Region and across the organization where appropriate.

**Qualifications**:

- Team player who is more concerned about the success of their team than their own success
- Not reluctant to have difficult conversations and handles them with diplomacy and respect
- Accomplished coach and mentor
- Demonstrated ability to hold themselves and other accountable
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to read and interpret Financial Reports
- 5 - 8 years in senior management with understanding and/or experience in sales
- Strong organizational skills, with strong analytical skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office products
- Post-Secondary Education

**Duties And Responsibilities**:
**Profit and Loss responsibility for the 4 Stone Operations including**:

- Operating results and system
- Stone Equipment budget/planning/auditing
- Implementation of Synchronies Flow and Lean Manufacturing
- Budget for capital Expenditures
- Management of senior plant staff
- Policies and procedures
- Staffing levels
- Maintenance planning and execution
- Product Yield Metrics
- Cost of materials controls
- Quality Assurance and Safety
- Implement Synchronous Flow System at Canadian Stone Facilities
- Approximately 20% travel required on site at other facilities and/or for meetings
- Other duties as assigned
