***Our product management team is searching for a new member to fill the exciting role of Product Manager.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Product Manager develops the product roadmap, collaborates with all departments to help execute the strategic plan to drive commercial success, and manages the product line from conception to end-of-life.

***Responsibilities**:

- Prioritize features and develop a roadmap based on various sources of information (customer feedback, market research, internal feedback );
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners and customers, and capture their needs;
- Be the advocate for customers when discussing internally with Engineering and Technical support;
- Conduct market research, understand market and customer needs and create competitive analysis reports;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Engineering and Operations to define and prepare the go-to-market plan for new product introductions;
- Assist in the preparation of product presentations and training materials, pre-sales FAQs, and regular product updates to help educate employees and customers alike;
- Work closely with Marketing and support them to prepare marketing collaterals and promotional content. Prepare webinars and participate in pod-cast and interviews to promote products.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Software, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline;
- Background in Business is an asset;
- Knowledge of the AV or broadcast market;
- Attention to detail;
- Leadership skills;
- Adaptability;
- Time management skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Autonomous and dynamic;
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills;
- Self-Starter;
- Quarterly availability to travel to tradeshows, customers and trainings when required;
- Excellent written and oral communications skills in English;
- French will be considered an asset.
