**Mobile Sales Associate at Cura Construction**

Cura Construction, a leading and rapidly growing company in the Ottawa region, is seeking skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic sales team as Mobile Sales Associates. This is a full-time position with an added commission pay structure having limitless earning potential, and the opportunity to earn a substantial income based on your sales performance.

Job Responsibilities:

- Utilize your exceptional sales skills to promote and sell Cura Construction's services, focusing on fencing, interlocking, decks, and other common construction and landscaping projects.
- Own and operate your own vehicle to commute to customer houses and conduct on-site consultations.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of construction practices, including measuring and drawing simple layouts, to accurately assess project requirements.
- Leverage your self-motivation and determination to successfully close sales and exceed targets.
- Educate customers about our services, ensuring they feel confident and secure in their decision to choose Cura Construction.
- Communicate effectively in English, with proficiency in French considered an asset.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of fencing, interlocking, decks, and other common construction and landscaping projects.
- Proven ability to measure and draw simple layouts.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English (French considered an asset).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based sales environment.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Additional Requirements:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for sales tracking and communication purposes.
