This position is ideal for motivated individuals who are driven to exceed targets, thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a commission-based telemarketer, your earnings will depend on the number of cars you sell, with **20% commission on the net profit** of each vehicle sold.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Use digital tools and platforms to build a pipeline of qualified leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on inquiries.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on the latest car models, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs.
- **Customer Interaction**: Provide exceptional customer service through every step of the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
- **Sales Conversion**: Close sales by discussing vehicle options, trade-ins, financing plans, and finalizing deals.
- **Maintain CRM**: Track and update customer information and sales progress within the CRM system.

Pay: $8,000.00-$12,000.00 per month
