**Job Summary**:
**Job Duties**:

- Foster Operational Excellence by identifying and executing standardization of initiatives that create efficiency, remove obstacles or improve existing processes
- Develop and prepare reports for forecasting sales to budget and production capacity
- Work closely with the regional sales team to ensure pipeline management
- Deliver regular actionable insights to improve pipeline performance
- Ensure a foundation of reliable data build trust with sales leadership by leveraging data from consistent data sources and dashboards
- Acting as a liaison between internal departments, including managing and scheduling training and other meetings/activities
- Perform ad hoc analysis as needed to support management in business decisions
- Communicate progress and status updates across departments to help effectively manage project timelines
- Providing administrative support, including keeping internal systems and databases (i.e. Salesforce) up-to-date
- Identifying opportunities for change and optimization to help improve internal processes and procedures
- Administer and manage quotes, program binders and files
- Review quotes to ensure maximum gross-profit margins
- Schedule and attend video conference calls with internal staff
- Works closely with sales representatives, order management and/or production team to review product sales and customer requirements; plans for the overall timely processing of sales orders
- Able to travel up to 10% of the time
- Perform other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Successful completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in Finance, Business Administration and/or a related field preferred but not required
- Previous experience in an administrative role with responsibilities for sales support, and office administration an asset (3 years minimum)
- 2 years experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM tool
- Previous equipment financial experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eager to learn, curious about technology, and business core values
- Professional and friendly attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong technical aptitude with a proficiency in GSuite and MS Office

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to sit for long periods
- Ability to stand for long periods (trade shows and events)

Compensation range $57,000 - $65,000 CAD
