Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Train and supervise store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and meet revenue goals
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Create and maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout
- Manage inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and reporting
- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on qualifications and fit for the role
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating sales figures

Pay: $50,000.00 per year

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
