We are looking for a self-motivated individual to operate our Duct Cleaning & Dryer Vent Services

**JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform pre-assigned air duct and dryer vent cleaning services in both commercial and residential settings
- Explain and sell as many additional services as the customer may need or desire
- Ensures that all pre-assigned jobs are successfully completed
- Ensures the work area is left clean and tidy **ALWAYS**:

- Complete and review the job with the customer, for satisfaction and secure payment for services
- Return all equipment to the truck and secure it for trip to next assigned appointment
- Telephone the next customer to alert them of time of arrival
- Complete all paperwork accurately and thoroughly and turn in all invoices, payments and charges to designated person
- Follow safe driving policies of a company vehicle and **Must** maintain a good driving record throughout employment
- Must maintain high customer satisfaction scores
- Performs other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must have a Valid Ontario G Driver License
- Clear Driving Abstract
- Clear Background Check
- Live in the North Bay area with own transportation to the shop. (Transportation to job site will be using company vehicle)
- Provide own Mobile communication device. (Cell Phone)
- Bondable.
- Experience in HVAC industry helpful but not mandatory. We will train

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to use power tools and climb ladders.
- Must be well organized and possess outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills; which include up-sell opportunities.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relations with everyone; a team player
- Professional behavior including: respectfulness, promptness, neatness, team spirit and willingness to take proper care of company vehicles, equipment and be a leader in this field.
- Flexibility to be able to adjust your work schedule to meet customer's needs. Some Saturdays may be required.
- The ability to work with mínimal supervision, be self motivated and focused
- A fast learner with attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
- Mechanically inclined
- Willing to obtain current industry knowledge and, always willing to stay current in the field

Position available immediately

**SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE TO COMPLETE A DRIVER SKILL ROAD TEST TO CONFIRM ABILITY TO DRIVE AND BACK UP COMPANY VEHICLE AND TRAILER SAFELY**

Pay will be comparable to experience plus opportunity for commission bonus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
