**CNC Machinist Job Description**

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including Mazatrol systems, to fabricate parts from various materials.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining processes.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments to verify the dimensions of finished products.
- Assemble components as required, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with team members to implement lean manufacturing principles for improved efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in CNC machining techniques and operation.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks for design interpretation and modification.
- Basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
- Experience with welding is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely within the manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using various hand tools.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices to enhance production efficiency.

Pay: $23.00-$35.00 per hour
