**What you will do**:

- This individual must have high attention to detail and have a solid understanding of the real estate life cycle process. Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Respond to Agent inquiries within 2 hours
- Handle all 1st level questions from internal and external sources
- Escalate any 2nd level questions to the Transactions Closing Concierge, Lead
- Escalate all 3rd level questions are directed to the Transactions Closing Team
- Forward all closing documentation is sent to Skyslope file and communicated with the dedicated Transaction Closing, Analyst
- Send out TRS for signature (Ontario)
- Follow up A/R and closing documentation as shown on the Transactions Closing Productivity worksheets
- Attend meetings when required

- Collaborate with colleagues on shared documents or projects using remote collaboration tools.
- Take ownership of assigned work and demonstrate initiative in identifying and addressing challenges.
- Ensure availability and responsiveness during agreed-upon working hours.

- Proficient knowledge of G Suite required; Microsoft Office experience is a bonus
- Remote Work experience required
- Dedicated home-office/work space
- Advanced Trello experience preferred
- Aptitude for using online platforms and softwares to work remotely
- High school diploma required or equivalent years of applicable experience
- 0-2 years experience
- Associate's degree preferred
