**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications.
- Perform cabinet installation and flooring installation with precision and care.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various finishing tasks.
- Assist in restoring surfaces and structures to their original condition or better.
- Build and assemble components as needed for projects.
- Lift heavy materials as ruired, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in finishing work, including cabinet and flooring installation.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Familiarity with caulking techniques and the use of power tools is essential.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.

Pay: $28.00-$37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
