Reporting to the Operation Manager, the Pricing Coordinator is responsible for reviewing project requirements and preparing quotations for our customers.

**FULL-TIME, SALARIED, SINGLE/FAMILY HEALTH & DENTAL BENEFITS, ON-SITE**

**Responsibilities**
- Understand project designs and generate quotations using INFOtrac (ERP) for a variety of area types (e.g. kitchen, bathroom etc.)
- Respond to dealer enquiries related to quotes and pricing
- Requote projects as a result of project revisions or add-ons
- Send revised order confirmations to dealers based on revised specifications of project
- Contact suppliers for non-standard pricing and inventory enquiries
- Advise customers on potential issues with project design
- Follow-up with customers regarding design issues identified by the template team
- Provide calculations for showroom display pricing
- Investigate project errors and identify solutions upon request by manager
- Occasionally support team with the following:_
- Process order confirmations

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a related or administrative role
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
- Minimum education - High School Diploma
- Strong ability to perform mental arithmetic
- Able to work independently
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of orders
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Experience working with ERPs an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
