**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough exterior and interior detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming.
- Clean and restore vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, upholstery, and dashboards.
- Inspect vehicles for any signs of damage or areas needing additional attention and report findings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Follow all safety and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in automotive detailing is required to be successful in this role. 3M is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
