**Your responsibilities will include**:Leadership Program Design & Implementation**:

- Develop and implement leadership development programs and initiatives to identify, nurture, and support high-potential leaders
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create leadership pathways and succession planning strategies
- Ensure leadership programs align with organizational goals, values, and strategic priorities

**Training and Development**:

- Manage the creation of workshops, courses, and training sessions focused on leadership competencies, executive coaching, and change management
- Facilitate leadership development sessions, workshops, and seminars
- Provide coaching and feedback to leaders at all levels to support their growth

**Talent Identification & Succession Planning**:

- Work closely with HR and senior leadership to identify high-potential leaders and assess leadership talent gaps
- Drive succession planning efforts and ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders within the organization

**Performance Measurement & Reporting**:

- Track and measure the effectiveness of leadership programs, utilizing feedback, surveys, and performance metrics to assess impact
- Continuously improve leadership development strategies based on results and emerging best practices

**Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Partner with senior leadership, HR, and other departments to ensure leadership development efforts are aligned with business objectives
- Advise managers and executives on leadership development trends, opportunities, and challenges

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay current on the latest leadership trends, research, and best practices in talent development
- Integrate innovative learning technologies and diverse approaches to enhance program delivery and effectiveness

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, or related areas
- Proven experience in designing and facilitating leadership development programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and leadership competencies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively with senior leadership
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliverables
