PrimeTime Donair & Poutine is hiring for Food Service Supervisors

** We are hiring for multiple locations, with some shifts being from 5pm-12am Monday to Thursday, and Fri-Sun 5pm-1am. Must have a car as bus access at these times are limited.**

Were searching for passionate individuals with a high interest in food, to train and supervise team members in our busy restaurants. Our menu is original, unique and filled with flavor
- which is the reason why we are so busy and growing

**Requirements**:

- Experience working as a lead, manager or supervisor for a team of people
- Experience working in a restaurant or fast food environment. Our work is very fast paced so this experience is mandatory
- Able to effectively manage, direct and train team members with our current policy/procedures
- Ability to understand, implement and train our Operations Manual to all team members
- Ability to handle customer issues and complaints, staffing and schedules, and other issues that may happen at store level
- Effectively communicate with corporate office in regards to operations at store level, team member training and retaining, updates and overall wellness of the restaurant.
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
