**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the daily operations of the Centre
- Conduct client intake and assessments to determine socially significant goals and objectives using a variety of assessment processes and tools including but not limited to: ESDM, VB MAPP, AFLS, EFL, Socially Savvy, PCA, PFA, CPFQ and other measures of psychological inflexibility, Executive Functioning, Academic Assessments etc.
- Develop, monitor, and supervise individual service plans
- Provide training and supervision to behaviour therapists, senior therapists and student placements
- Facilitate team meetings and case conferences with parents and other stakeholders
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development
- Assist with hiring and performance reviews of clinical staff and students
- Administrative tasks could include scheduling, billing, purchase orders, website and social media management etc
- Act in accordance with professional and ethical standards and conduct

**Qualifications**:

- Masters in ABA, M.ADS, Psychology or related field
- BCBA with supervisor requirements met as per the BACB is required; registration with OAP provider list is an asset
- Five years’ experience using behaviour analytic principles and procedures with a diverse client population and across a variety of presenting problems; at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Working knowledge of a variety of behaviour analytic assessments and curricula (ESDM, VB MAPP, AFLS, EFL, Socially Savvy, AIM, Peak, PFA, Executive Functioning, Academic curricula)
- Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients, caregivers, staff, supervisors, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening
- Current CPR and First Aid
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products

**Salary**: $78,000.00-$85,800.00 per year
