**Job Summary**

As an **Intern Student, Scientist**for our **Molecular Biology** team at the **Senneville**location, you will undertake the role of conducting and planning laboratory experiments as well as analyzing data linked to your intern project.

In this role, primary **responsibilities**include:

- Plan laboratory experiment;
- Conduct laboratory experiment;
- Analyze the data generated;
- Interact with study teams where needed;
- Prepare the study schedule related and study plans for Immunology studies in collaboration with Study directors where appropriate.

**Éléments clés**

We are looking for the following **minimum qualifications**for this role:

- Currently enrolled in the Biotechnology MSc program at McGill;
- Experience in laboratory techniques;
- Experience in molecular biology techniques, including DNA/RNA extraction, qPCR and RT-qPCR is an asset;
- Good organizational and communication skills;
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Role Specific Information**:

- **Location**: 22022 route Transcanadienne, Senneville, QC, H9X 1C1;
- **Transportation**: We offer a free shuttle service from the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue train station and John Abbott College to the Senneville site. Free parking. Electric vehicle charging station;
- **Schedule**: Daytime Monday to Friday;
- Temporary 7-8 months contract starting in May 2025 & ending in December 2025.
