Beamish Construction is looking for dedicated, loyal, and hard-working individuals to fill the role of Construction Labourers on our Paving Crew in the Greater Sudbury area.

Although training is available, experience in the construction industry will be considered an asset. All hires will be trained regardless of experience. These are full-time seasonal positions available with competitive wages and benefit packages, as well as ongoing training and room for growth and advancement.

**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be willing to travel for work when required
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures: safety standards operations, maintenance, training, cleanliness standards, etc.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**
- Valid G license an asset
- Experience in the Construction Industry is an asset

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willing to travel to job sites with overnight stays when required
- Ability to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, bend, crouch or crawl
- Repetitive lifting, carrying, and positioning of product (weight up to 50 lbs or 22 kgs) above shoulder height without assistance
- Repetitive bending, crouching twisting, and climbing
- Ability to stand/walk for the entire shift (not including breaks)
- Abide by all Company policies including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental, Human Resources policies
