Server/bartender

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Clean and sanitize bar area, including utensils and glassware
- Maintain inventory of bar supplies and restock as needed
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with the restaurant or food service industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink recipes
- Strong hospitality skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
