**Kinetic Environmental Ltd**. has an opportunity within our Victoria branch for **Project Manager** to plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate environmental and construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specification and budget. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules. Provides support with pre-construction and estimating activities and to grow with us.

**The salary band for this position is $89,000 - $134,000 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.**

**A monthly vehicle allowance is also included.**

**Position Specifications**
- Degree in Environmental Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in managing hazardous materials abatement, demolition and construction projects or related field
- Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and required standards
- Complete understanding of construction means and methods
- Effective with Microsoft Office and Procore
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with subtrades and clients
- Estimating and Quantity Take Off software knowledge
- Must have a strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude
- Must be self-motivated with strong willingness and ability to learn and to be challenged
- Strong analytical, above average mathematical skills, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to document and organize information efficiently and accurately
