**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items with precision and care.
- Operate the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and payment transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining product quality.
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed, adhering to proper food handling guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and promote teamwork.

**Qualifications**
- Previous barista experience or experience in the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
