**Job Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging educational activities. You will play a crucial role in shaping their early learning experiences and ensuring that each child feels valued and supported.

**Duties**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Educate children through play-based learning, hands-on activities, and interactive lessons.
- Provide care and supervision for children in the classroom, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social interaction.
- Assess children's progress and development, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.
- Support children with disabilities by adapting lessons and activities to meet their individual needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.

**Skills**
- Strong background in early childhood education principles and practices.
- Experience working with children in various settings, including classrooms or caregiving environments.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Knowledge of developmental milestones for early childhood education.
- Familiarity with strategies for supporting children with disabilities is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
