This Position reports to:
Manager Sales Support

**Your Role: Own the Challenge**
- Suggestion of products and equivalence of competitors, to external sales, distributors and contractors/user.
- Technical support (level 1).
- Work with the outside sales team to review and use SPA's (Special Pricing Agreements).
- Preparation of bids and pricing assistance within a mandated time frame.
- Provide customer and market information to the sales and marketing group
- Work with customer service for order resolution.
- Assist and support fellow team members.

**What it takes to run what runs the world**
- English - spoken and written.
- 2+ years experience in a similar environment.
- Experience in a B2B company.
- Strong sales and customer orientation.
- Comfortable with the use of multiple computer systems.
- Excellent communication and file management skills, organization and the ability to undertake multiple projects simultaneously while being detail oriented and accurate.
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently.
- Motivated to learn.
- Ability to follow procedures and methodologies and make suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Ability to recognize when a request needs to be escalated.
