**Role Overview**

As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, from initial concept to final delivery. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary technical team to define project goals, align resources, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Planning and Execution**: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, alignment with grant funding, and resource allocation.
- **Team Collaboration**: Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between hardware, software, and data teams.
- **Sprint Management**: Utilize Jira to plan, track, and manage sprints, ensuring agile practices are effectively implemented.
- **Risk Management**: Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.
- **Process Optimization**: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Technical Coordination**: Work closely with technical leads, including Machine Learning Engineers, Cloud Architects, and Analytical Chemists, to ensure project goals are met.
- **Delivery Oversight**: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology, engineering, or agtech sectors.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with Machine Learning, NIR Spectroscopy, or similar technologies is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to navigate team dynamics and build strong relationships.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
