**Qualifications**:
Current Registration with College of Nurses
Degree in Nursing - Required
Minimum 5 years current Emergency Nursing experience - Required in Woodstock Hospital
ACLS, PALS, ENPC, NRP, TNCC or ATLS, NVCI, CTAS, eCTAS- Required
CTAS instructor -Required
Emergency Nurse Certification
- Required
Practical experience in the field of adult education
Excellent ability to utilize multiple methods of education delivery
Experience and knowledge of project management, development, evaluation and creative learning strategies
Demonstrated leadership in facilitating committees/educational events
Experience in development of policies and procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of equipment and computer software
Knowledge and /or certification in Lean Methodology
Self-direction and flexibility essential
If internal, Excellent attendance - Required
Must have and provide proof of full COVID-19 immunization (2 or more doses)
