Minimum of 15 years overall FICO experience
- Experience leading large global S/4HANA Finance business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives
- Experience leading sales opportunities
- Must have previous professional experience with SAP S/4HANA - 4 years of SAP S/4HANA is a must, with deep knowledge of end-to-end Finance business processes, including Central Finance and other S/4 HANA Finance variants.
- Ability to lead business workshops with key stakeholders and derive outcomes.
- Provide accurate estimates, timeline and ability to self-direct and mentor/manage teams and client.
- Proven ability to lead and speak Finance functionality
- Deep understanding of industry specific KPI’s and benefits of S/4HANA functionality to enable the business
- Ability to speak business language and translate business requirements into technical spec.
- Provide solutions including Central Finance based RTR Solutions and model solutions based on client’s needs, priorities and best practices
- Understanding of integration with other business processes
- Working knowledge of configuration and features of key S/4HANA based Finance structures is an absolute requirement
- Expert level knowledge in SAP Finance modules and understanding of integration with other modules
- Ability to be hands on if required and mentor junior team members
- Knowledge of the new SAP Model Company a definite plus
- Ability to leverage and build assets/accelerators and thought leadership
- **Aerospace and Defense industry experience is required**:

- **Bilingual - English and French - strongly preferred**:

- **100% travel for people not local to Montreal. Must be onsite Monday thru Thursday.**:

- **For non local employees - travel and expenses are paid.**:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent required

**Salary**: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
