**Position Overview**:
We're seeking an experienced and reliable Crew Lead to join our team. This is a leadership role perfect for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding moving services while leading by example.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and supervise moving crews on every job from start to finish
- Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are prepared for each move
- Maintain moving trucks in clean, ready-to-work condition daily
- Delegate tasks effectively and manage crew performance
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the entire moving process
- Utilize our specialized moving software for accurate job tracking and documentation
- Obtain customer signatures and ensure complete job satisfaction
- Load trucks safely and efficiently using proper techniques
**What We're Looking For**:
- Previous moving or logistics experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy items and work physically demanding jobs
- Customer service oriented with professional demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in a team environment
