**À PROPOS DU POSTE**

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) **assistant(e) gérant(e)**passionné-e par le service à la clientèle et le travail d’équipe, pour soutenir la gestion quotidienne de la salle à manger et contribuer à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle.

Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec la direction pour encadrer l’équipe de service, assurer le bon déroulement des opérations et maintenir les standards élevés de Pacini.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Superviser et soutenir l’équipe de salle à manger (serveurs, commis)
- Assurer un service client chaleureux, fluide et professionnel
- Gérer le plancher pendant le service (priorités, rythme, qualité)
- Participer à la formation et à l’intégration des nouveaux employés
- Collaborer à la gestion des horaires et des besoins opérationnels
- Veiller au respect des normes de qualité, d’hygiène et de sécurité
- Gérer les situations clients avec tact et professionnalisme

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
- Expérience en restauration (service ou supervision) requise
- Leadership naturel et bon sens de l’organisation
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en service à la clientèle
- Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement dynamique
- Attitude positive, proactive et esprit d’équipe
- Disponibilité de jour, soir et fin de semaine

- restauration avec service aux tables: 5 ans (Obligatoire)
