**Job Title: Full-Time Store Assistant**

Hours: 15 - 20 hours per week, approximate hours of 8:30 am to 11:30 am Monday through Friday - Opening Shift

Location: Boulton's Replay Sports

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in daily store operations, including opening procedures, ensuring a clean work environment, website sales, order processing, inventory control, and receiving shipments.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall performance.

**Requirements**:

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Quick Learner: Ability to quickly grasp product knowledge about sports equipment and apparel.
- Team Player: A cooperative attitude and willingness to work harmoniously with colleagues.
- Customer Focused: Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
