Your Role Will Include: - Delivering exceptional hands-on care under PT supervision - Motivating force for the team and patients, and collaborating with our current PTA to create a seamless patient journey - Supporting front desk flow (check-in, scheduling, communication) - Possess exceptional communication skills - Demonstrate active interest in advancing your skill set - Being a steady, energizing presence in the clinic for both patients and team You bring more than just clinical skill - you’ve got business sense. Whether you’re helping a patient stay consistent with their plan of care, educating them on why follow-through matters, or supporting front desk conversions, you know how to connect value with outcomes. You don’t "sell” - you guide genuinely with the patient's best interest in mind and people trust you for it.
