**Job Duties/Qualifications, Skills and Abilities(QSA)**:

IELTS Invigilators are assigned to the administration and invigilation of IELTS exams. Invigilators are trained and certified in order to deliver these exams, a task which may require the use of technological skills. Hours will vary and will include evenings and weekends. Applicants currently enrolled in credit courses at Saskatchewan Polytechnic classes will not be considered as this position places them in a conflict-of-interest situation.Invigilators check out exams and other materials from Test Centre or IELTS office and carry out admin work before exam starts.- Check facilities and equipment are ready for exams. (i.e. AV equipment, )
- Familiarity with exam venue - know the emergency procedures for that location, water fountain and washroom locations.
- Take payments using Moneris and complete cash out at end of shift.
