**Responsibilities**:

- Be able to read and write English.
- Operate CNC machines to perform the work of machining parts.
- Blueprint reading.
- Complete monitoring reports, and record data required for the manufacturing process.
- Follow procedures and safety rules of Forest City Castings.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1 year CNC experience.
- Knowledge of machining and precise instruments of measurement.
- Must be able to stand/bend up to 8+ hours or more per day.
- Willingness to learn and be punctual.
- Basic programming and setup experience (For CNC setup/operators only).
