Service Plumber

**Service Plumber / Drain Cleaning Technician (Full-Time) — Red Deer, Alberta**

We're looking for a Service Plumber / Drain Cleaning Technician to run our Go Rooter operations in Red Deer, AB. This role offers the autonomy of managing your own business within the support structure of an established waste management and site services company.

If you're a skilled plumber who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and the challenge of building something from the ground up, this could be a great fit.

**What You'll Do**
- Manage your own job bookings, scheduling, and customer communications
- Perform drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and plumbing repairs for commercial and residential clients
- Respond to service calls and diagnose plumbing/drainage issues efficiently
- Build and maintain customer relationships in the Red Deer market
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities
- Maintain service vehicle, equipment, and tools in good working condition
- Complete job documentation, invoicing, and basic reporting
- Coordinate with the other areas of the business for value add services to customers

**What We're Looking For**
- 2nd or 3rd year apprentice plumber (or higher certification)
- Previous drain cleaning/jetting experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions on-site
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving abstract
- Mechanically inclined with knowledge of plumbing systems and drain equipment

Pay: $35.00-$48.00 per hour
