La sélection à ce poste requiert une entrevue.
Aider et renseigner les clients qui s’informent directement. Remplir les tâches administratives nécessaires au bon fonctionnement. Favoriser la poursuite des ventes et générer des revenus supplémentaires autant que possible.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
High school diploma/equivalent. College diploma preferred
Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations preferred
Knowledge of FedEx Express and Ground products and services preferred
Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrency training.
Must have the ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
Must be able to complete and achieve minimum thresholds on any mandatory testing and training
Must be able to operate in a PC windows environment
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to handle stress and work in a highly pressured, monitored and changing work environment
This is a Tuesday - Saturday part time position
15:30-20:30 Weekdays
11:45-16:45 Saturday
CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES REQUISES
Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent.
Préférence accordée aux titulaires d’un diplôme d’études collégiales
Connaissance des règlements douaniers canadiens préféré
Connaissance services et systèmes de FedEx Express et FedEx Ground préféré
Capacité à reussir les examens de base et les examens periodiques.
Pouvoir soulever des charges de 70 lb et manoeuvrer, avec l'aide d'un appareil approprié, des colis pesant jusqu'à 150 lb Doit réussir les tests et programmes de formation obligatoires
Doit fonctionner dans un environnement PC/Windows
Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication verbale
Bonnes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problème
Bonnes capacités de négociation
Aptitude avérée à gérer le stress et le travail dans un environnement de travail très poussés, surveillés et changer
