- Perform touch-ups and ensure quality finishes
- Read and interpret blueprints for painting specifications
- Perform carpentry work such as repairing drywall and trim work
- Caulk gaps to ensure airtight and watertight seals
- Conduct industrial painting for machinery or structures

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in residential and construction painting techniques
- Familiarity with hand tools used in painting projects
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients and understand their needs
- Experience in carpentry work to repair surfaces before painting
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing joints and gaps effectively
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
