- Monitor project progress and quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet client expectations.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.

**Skills**
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising a team in a landscaping or related environment.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including plant care, irrigation systems, and garden design.
- Ability to build landscape features such as patios, retaining walls, or garden beds effectively.
