Roxton Industries is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing person who is driven to succeed with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team

As a Warehouse Associate you will be picking, packing, and shipping of orders. You will also strive to keep the warehouse neat and organized and ensure all goods received are put away in a timely manner. You will utilize machinery such as a fork lift and a person lift to aid you in your duties.

**Responsibilities/ Duties**:

- Processing, picking and packing orders
- Receiving of goods
- Facilitating the functions and organization of the warehouse
- Handling customer inquiries
- Customer service follow up

**Requirements**:

- Reliable and punctual
- Able to provide high-quality customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Google Suite
- A working knowledge of courier shipping systems would be an asset.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or more
- Must either possess a forklift operator's ticket or be willing to learn and be certified.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kitchener, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
