Vous coordonnerez toutes les activités d'entrepôt telles que la réception et le stockage des marchandises, la garantie d'une livraison efficace des marchandises et la sécurisation de l'entrepôt. Vous mettrez en œuvre les normes de production, de productivité, de qualité et de service à la clientèle et atteindrez le niveau approprié de stock de volume. **Responsabilités**
- Atteindre des niveaux élevés de satisfaction de la clientèle grâce à l'excellence de la réception, de l'identification, de l'expédition et de l'assurance de la qualité des marchandises.
- Mesurer et rendre compte de l'efficacité des activités d'entreposage et des performances des employés.
- Organiser et maintenir l'inventaire et la zone d’entreposage

- Tenir un registre des articles, documenter les informations nécessaires et utiliser des rapports pour projeter l'état de l'entrepôt.
- S'entretenir et coordonner les activités avec les autres départements

**Exigences**
- Expérience professionnelle avérée en tant que commis d'entrepôt au 4 ans d’expérience.
- Capacité à gérer les stocks, y compris les vérifications, les prévisions et la planification.
- Mise en œuvre et maintien d'initiatives de sécurité
- Conduite d'un chariot élévateur à fourche conformément aux exigences de l'OSHA. Posséder le permis de chariot élévateur
- Connaissance de la logistique (transporteurs, politiques et procédures d'expédition)
- Connaissance des règles et réglementations du DOT
- Capacité à saisir, récupérer et analyser des données.
- Engagement pratique à accomplir le travail
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles
- Fortes compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps
- Bilingue français anglais

**Warehouse Associate**

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Clerk to coordinate the daily shipping and receiving activities. You will coordinate all warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, ensuring efficient delivery of goods and securing the warehouse. You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume inventory. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed performance expectations.

**Responsibilities**
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identification, shipping and quality assurance of goods.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of warehouse activities and employee performance.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions
- Maintain item records, document necessary information and use reports to project warehouse status.
- Maintain and coordinate activities with other departments

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a warehouse clerk at 4 years experience.
- Ability to manage inventory, including audits, forecasting and planning.
- Implement and maintain safety initiatives
- Operate a forklift in accordance with OSHA requirements.
- Possess a forklift license
- Knowledge of logistics (carriers, shipping policies and procedures)
- Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
- Ability to enter, retrieve and analyze data.
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual French English
