**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with food preparation. Your ability to engage with customers and ensure their satisfaction will be crucial in creating a welcoming environment.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas.
- Help manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and effectively.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is preferred.
- Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic cooking skills or experience in meal preparation is advantageous.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others succeed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
