**job **summary**

**_ High-level description of _the purpose of the job_**

• Telecom administrator will provide assistance in all aspects of maintaining, configuring and sustaining the Data Network, Wireless Network, Cisco VOIP and Mobile infrastructure. In addition, Telecom Administrator will provide the required infrastructure support services within the expected SLAs.

• Provides second level technical support of network and VOIP telephony (Cisco VOIP Telecommunication infrastructure) infrastructure locally and remotely. This includes on-call status and occasional travel to remote locations.

• Work closely with other ITSS personnel (e.g. Development, project management team, etc.) to collaborate setup, support and monitor.
• Work closely with senior telecommunication staff and management to propose improvements to the telecommunication infrastructure and executes various projects to improve IT service availability
• Solid core telecommunication Knowledge (TCP/IP Network, Cisco VOIP, Mobile, etc.)

• Willingness and openness towards learning and maintaining expert level Cisco LAN/ WAN/ Wireless support role.

**echnical Skills**

• Superior knowledge of Cisco Network (telecommunication infrastructure) data, Cisco VOIP and wireless.
• ** Minimum **CCNA** **Voice** (Cisco Certified Network Associate) in either Voice or data network is a must to be able to troubleshoot and understand Data and VOIP network.
• 3 to 5 years minimum experience as network/systems administrator on a Data and VOIP.
