**About the Opportunity**:
**This position is flexible in location across Nova Scotia. It is designated as hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote and on-site work without the necessity of relocating to the Halifax area.**

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science Information systems or health related field. Consideration may be given to those with equivalent training and work experience
- Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in Clinical Application implementation, previous Lead experience preferred.
- previous Lead experience preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of healthcare industry required; familiarity with clinical and administrative hospital functions and departments preferred.
- Experience in Inpatient Nursing & Allied Health/Women's Health care is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in leading teams of staff with indirect accountabilities to other operational units.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to execute through effective delegation, motivation and oversight.
- Experience in data analytics.

- Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Work, and MS Power Point
- Ability to speak and write in English is required

**Compensation and Benefits**:
$40.15 - $50.19 Hourly
