Breakfast Server

**Job Summary**
We are seeking experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic servers for breakfast shifts with ability to prepare cocktails. These seasonal positions offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

In these roles, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include assisting with food service operations, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Warmly welcome guests and escort them to their tables.
- Provide detailed information about the menu and daily specials.
- Record food and beverage orders correctly and relay them to the kitchen.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy and presentation meet standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal, and respond to additional requests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Prepare and serve cocktails to guests following standard recipes and presentation guidlines.
- Clearing and resetting tables promptly.
- Present checks, process payments, and return change or receipts accurately.
- Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and workplace cleanliness standards.
- Recommend dishes or drinks to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.

**Experience**
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills is essential.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- A commitment to providing excellent guest services and maintaining high standards of food quality.
