**Job duties include**:

- Check in and greet Clients
- Set the customer experience by talking about our products & services
- Multi-tasking in a fast paced work environment
- Answer phones
- Book & reschedule appointments
- Keep organized client files
- Help maintain salon cleanliness
- Must be available to work during the week as well as weekends & flexible schedule is an asset
- Must be comfortable up selling retail & services
- Excellent time management
- Must be comfortable with giving directions/taking charge when needed to help staff stay on schedule etc.
