**Novarc Technologies** is looking for a **Project Manager** to join our growing team and support the production of our cobots.

**Summary**:As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire lifecycle of product development projects from concept to delivery. This role involves coordination between cross-functional teams, client-facing interactions, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. The Project Manager will be the central point of contact, manage project documentation, and drive continuous improvements in processes and procedures.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor internal and external projects throughout the entire lifecycle using project management software (e.g., Wrike), ensuring they are on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.- Work closely with cross-functional teams including hardware engineering, software engineering, production, supply chain, and customer success to keep projects on track and resolve any roadblocks.- Develop and maintain project templates and documents, including action registers, risk registers, lessons learned, and communication logs. Ensure all project documents are complete, up-to-date, and stored appropriately.- Maintain strong relationships with clients, manage client expectations, and ensure regular updates regarding project milestones, timelines, and potential issues.- Build and maintain dashboards to track project progress, resource utilization, and performance. Provide regular project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.- Identify and manage project risks, scope creep, and issues, escalating them as needed. Implement corrective actions and execute Variation Orders (VORs) when necessary.- Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, minimize risks, and standardize workflows across projects. Champion continuous improvement initiatives in internal business processes.- Monitor project profitability, cash flow, and manage payment schedules in line with contract terms. Ensure projects are aligned with set gross margin goals.- Coordinate logistics and installation of projects, including customer site installations, and manage the interface between various departments for smooth execution.- Assist with creating sales and marketing content, including presentations and project-related materials for client-facing communications.
- Occasional travel up to 10% is required for site visits to coordinate installations and logistics.

**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent education and experience.- Minimum of 3 years managing projects in a related sector, ideally in a start-up manufacturing or small-scale production environment.- Experience with external clients required.- Strong project management skills and experience with project management software (Jira, Wrike, Zoho, Microsoft Project, etc.).- Strong understanding of product development, from design through to manufacturing and installation.- Knowledge of project accounting, earned value management (EV), and cash flow forecasting.- Ability to manage scope creep and execute Variation Orders (VORs) as required.- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward resolving issues.- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow up on project tasks, risks, and action items regularly.- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to implement corrective actions swiftly and effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on deadlines and quality.

**Nice to have**:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification preferred. Agile certifications (PMI-ACP or equivalent) are a plus.- Familiarity with industrial automation is a plus.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
