You’ll love it here We are hiring immediately for a retail supervisor, which we call a team lead at Best Buy. In this role, you will lead, develop and support your team and work together to create an amazing customer experience and have customers leaving with the tech they love

What you’ll do as a retail supervisor:

- Motivate and inspire your team to create an amazing customer experience
- Coach and support your team on customer service and sales techniques
- Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture
- Create an amazing customer experience while answering questions and sharing your enthusiasm for the latest and greatest tech
- Work with the store leader to measure and improve sales and services

What we’re looking for:

- 1+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 3 associates
- 2+ years’ of retail experience
- Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
