**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Victoria Park Guest House team. The LPN will complete our Quarterly and Annual Resident Care Plans for 12 residents. These hours would be flexible keeping in mind that all 12 Resident Care Plans must be done Annually wherein you will coordinate with the house Doctor and our Pharmacists to complete the Care Plans and reviewed quarterly and signed off.

**Duties**
- Become familiar with our Residents health issues
- Work with our House Dr. and Pharmacist
- Work closely with Supervisor and Staff to coordinate patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using medical terminology.

**Requirements**:

- Valid LPN license.
- Experience in a Residential Care Facility setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29.31-$29.92 per hour
