**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Interpret and implement project plans and schematics for accurate execution of tasks.
- Oversee the use of power tools and equipment, ensuring all safety guidelines are followed.
- Manage materials and resources effectively to minimize waste and optimize productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices in construction techniques including siding installation and masonry work.
- Collaborate with project managers to report progress, address challenges, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Fabricate components as needed for specific project requirements using CNC machinery when applicable.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role with a focus on painting, roofing, masonry, drywall, or siding projects.
- Familiarity with operating power tools and understanding of safety regulations related to construction sites.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in all aspects of work performed.
