Director of Product for Real Estate Valuation

We are seeking a Director of Product, Real Estate Valuation to join our Financial Advisory Product Division. This role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of our real estate valuation products and driving innovation in the real estate sector.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

- Define and prioritize the roadmap for real estate valuation products.
- Align product initiatives with market trends and Kroll’s business objectives.
- Ensure product development projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
- Streamline the operations of the product team.
- Oversee the execution of strategic goals with a long-term growth perspective.
- Partner with advisory and analytics teams to address client challenges.
- Deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance business growth.
- Leverage AI, data analytics, and other digital tools to advance valuation processes.
- Focus on continuous improvement and integration of technological advancements.
- Identify growth opportunities within real estate valuation and related offerings.
- Support Kroll’s expansion into new markets and service lines.
- Lead the recruitment, development, and coaching of product managers.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture that aligns with division goals.

- Expertise in digital transformation, including leveraging AI and data analytics.
